On Nov. 29th I called your office and mentioned that in my shipment a card was missing. The gentleman that answered the phone told me he’d send it right away. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive the card from your office yesterday. Needless to say I’m looking forward to doing business with your firm again in the future.

During the twenty years in my own business I don’t believe any other business has treated us as fairly and considerately as you have.
